.1 She was the daughter of Benjamin Malmsbury and Jane Cattell.1 Hope Malmsbury married James Hemingway, son of James Hemingway and Elizabeth Armstrong, in 1823 in Columbiana County, Ohio.1 Hope Malmsbury died on 10 May 1865 near West Branch, Iowa, at age 60.1
She became the mother of Jane M. Hemingway on 30 April 1824.1 Hope's daughter was married at wedding of Jane M. Hemingway and Oliver Burdg on 29 April 1846.1 Hope's mother Jane Cattell died on 29 March 1853.1 Hope's father Benjamin Malmsbury died on 3 June 1854 in Goshen, Mahoning County, Ohio.1
