A license was issued on 2 July 1897 in Benzie Co., Michigan, and later returned.4 She was married first, by Benjamin Nurry, Clergyman, to George H. Wilson, son of Charles H. Wilson and Maria S. Hask, on 17 August 1897 in Blaine Twp., Benzie Co., Michigan.5 She married second Orin A. Blood, son of Orin Blood and Mary Goodrich, on 18 August 1943 in Elberta, Benzie Co., Michigan.6 She died in 1962.3 She was buried at Blaine Township Cemetery (Section A, Lot 7) in Benzie Co., Michigan.3
     She and her first husband George lived in Blaine Twp., Benzie Co., Michigan, from at least 1900 to 1930. George's parents were living with them in 1900, and in 1910 five-year-old Dollie A. Wilson was living with them, possibly a relative but listed in the census as a boarder. In 1930 a nephew, Fred Cady (probably Alfred Cady, son of Tennie's sister Nellie), was living with them.7,8,9,10

His place of birth is somewhat in doubt. His transcribed online birth record says Blaine Twp., Benzie Co., Michigan. The 1900 census and one marriage record (there are two, for the same marriage) say Michigan, and the other marriage record says Manistee, Michigan. However, his entry in the 1910 census lists his and his parents birth places as unknown, the 1920 and 1930 censuses both say Illinois for him and unknown for his parents, and his World War I draft registration lists his birth place as Chicago, Cook Co., Illinois.1,3,4,5,6,7,8,2 He was married by Henry E. Rossell to Ethel May Shettler on 3 April 1912 in Benzie Co., Michigan.4,5 He died on 3 April 1962 at age 71.9 He was buried at Blaine Township Cemetery (Section A, Lot 8) in Benzie Co., Michigan.9

     Ethel May Shettler was born in 1889 in Arcadia, Manistee Co., Michigan, (the 1920 census says Minnesota, and the 1930 census says Wisconsin).2,1,3,4 She was married by Henry E. Rossell to Ernest Hallerfern Gilbert, son of Samuel Stevens Gilbert and Martha Olivia Phelps, on 3 April 1912 in Benzie Co., Michigan.1,5 She died on 28 June 1975.2 She was buried at Blaine Township Cemetery (Section A, Lot 8) in Benzie Co., Michigan.2
     She and her husband Ernest lived in Blaine Twp., Benzie Co., Michigan.3,4 They had the following known children: Cleve Henry (b 1911, d 21 January 1996), Pearl I. (b abt 1917), Iva E. (b July 1918), Stephen E. (b abt 1921), Beauford E. (b abt 1922), Harry Ingram (b 1926, d 24 October 1995).3,4,2
