The Richard Curtice genealogy notes that another source names the mother of Caleb Curtice's wife Elizabeth was Abigail (Terry) Rider, but argues that this is wrong. There was a Thomas Rider who married in 1674 an Abigail Terry, daughter of Richard Terry, who was 19 at the time of her marriage and thus born about 1655. Since Elizabeth Rider married Caleb Curtice in 1670, clearly Elizabeth's mother Abigail could not have been born as late as 1655.1
