She and her husband Thomas lived in Wenham, Essex Co., Massachusetts.2 On 11 February 1711/12 they sold a barn and 22 acres of land in Wenham, Essex Co., Massachusetts, to Thomas Tarbox, while reserving the right to pass through the land.1
On 16 December 1724, as executor of her husband's estate, she sold a farm in Wenham to Thomas Howe, Junior. Thomas Howe was the husband of her niece Rebecca Perkins, daughter of her deceased husband's sister Mary, who she and her husband had raised. Her husband had previously deeded 1/3 of this property to the couple on the occasion of their marriage.1,2

He and his wife Sarah lived in Wenham, Essex Co., Massachusetts,1 where he had a small farm and a tannery, and parts of a saw mill and grist mill.1 In 1695, 1698, and 1701 he bought portions of the estate of Robert Claflin.1 In October 1713 he sold 1/3 of a corn mill, 1/3 of the machinery from "the old sawmill," and 1/3 of a dam and stream privilege on Longham Brook, to William Dodge.1
