1,2 He was baptized on 30 October 1784 at the Eastbury Church in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.

Jane Phillips in 1808 (the Wes. Tryon genealogy says in Stamford, Connecticut; the J. Herbert Brown booklet says in New York).
2,4 He died in February 1826 in Rights Ville, Pennsylvania, at age 41.
