     Joseph Summers was baptized on 24 March 1695 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut.¹ He married Sarah Gillett, daughter of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon, on 4 March 1729/30 in Milford, New Haven Co., Connecticut.¹ He died about 1769.¹

     Eunice Clark was born on 4 May 1722 in New Haven, New Haven Co., Connecticut.¹ She married Samuel Gillett, son of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon, on 23 April 1746 in Newtown, Fairfield Co., Connecticut.¹

     John Ferris was born on 25 August 1711 in Newtown, Fairfield Co., Connecticut.¹ He married Mary Gillett, daughter of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon, on 7 August 1746 in Newtown, Fairfield Co., Connecticut.¹ He died on 13 February 1758 in Newtown, Fairfield Co., Connecticut, at age 46.¹

     Samuel Griffin married Mary Gillett, daughter of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon, by 1763.¹

     (?) Graves married Hope Gillett, daughter of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon.¹

     (?) Burne married Hope Gillett, daughter of John Gillett and Sarah Tryon, by 1763.¹

     Rebecca Dix was born on 17 March 1686/87 in Wethersfield, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹ She married Thomas Tryon, son of William Tryon, by 1 Jun 1713.¹
     On 1 June 1713 she and her husband Thomas quitclaimed their rights in the estate of her father to her brother John Dix.²

     Abigail (?) married Thomas Tryon, son of William Tryon.¹

     He was appointed guardian of (his half-brothers) Abel and Elyard Tryon in January 1748/49.¹ This appointment is the basis for the determination that he was the son of Thomas Tryon and his first wife Rebecca Dix.¹
     In 1749 and 1750 he bought three tracts of land in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut - one from Eliphalet Fox on 31 August 1749¹, one from Samuel Gains on 2 January 1749/50¹, and one from Samuel Kimberly on 27 November 1750.¹ On 13 December 1752 he sold 1/2 acre of land in Glastonbury to his cousin Noah Tryon.¹

     Thomas Tryon was born on 23 January 1727/28 in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹

     Timothy Tryon was born on 2 August 1729 in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹

     Abel Tryon was born on 19 January 1734/35 in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹
     His half-brother William Tryon was appointed as his guardian in January 1748/49.¹ Three months later, in March 1748/49 at age 14, he chose Lt. Josiah Robinson as his guardian.¹

     Eliud Tryon was born on 28 January 1740/41 in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹ He married Bethia Aldrich on 2 October 1779 in Goshen, Orange Co., New York, possibly as his second wife, based on the ages of those in his household in 1790.¹ He died on 20 September 1791 in Goshen, Orange Co., New York, at age 50 from "a long and painful disease."¹
     His half-brother William Tryon was appointed as his guardian in January 1748/49.¹ During the Revolution he served as a Lieutenant in various New York units.²

     Bethia Aldrich was born on 16 May 1752.¹ She married Eliud Tryon, son of Thomas Tryon and Abigail (?), on 2 October 1779 in Goshen, Orange Co., New York.¹

     Anthony Sizer married Sarah Tryon, daughter of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, on 10 May 1727 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹

     (?) Clark married Sarah Tryon, daughter of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, by 1762.¹

     John Barnes was born about 1699 (based on his age at death of 84).¹ He married Eunice Tryon, daughter of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, on 18 August 1726 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹ He died on 8 September 1783 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹

     Mary Andrus was born about 1708.¹ She married Thomas Tryon, son of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, on 20 December 1733 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹ She died on 23 January 1778 aged 78 (sic).¹ She was buried at Old Farm Hill Cemetery in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹

     Rachel Hammond married Thomas Tryon, son of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, on 23 April 1778 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹

     Sarah Goodrich was born on 6 July 1715 in Glastonbury, Hartford Co., Connecticut.¹ She married William Tryon, son of Abel Tryon and Abiel Harris, on 12 September 1734 in Middletown, Hartford Co. (now Middlesex Co.), Connecticut.¹
