It happened in Petrokov on November 22/ December 1904 at 2 o’clock midday. There appeared personally Germlik Jankelewicz, worker, thirty-eight years of age and resident of the city of Petrokov, in the presence of Khaim Izraelovich, thirty-six years of age and Gerki Zigelomon, fifty-four years of age, both merchants, residents of the city of Petrokov , and presented to us a child of male gender, explaining that he was born in Petrokov on the twenty-second of August/ third of September 1899 at nine o-clock in the morning to his lawful wife, Chaia Gendla, nee Goldshmid, thirty-two years of age at the time. The infant was given the name Sana during circumcision.
