He's will was dated 6 April 1605 in co. Kent, England, and proved on 8 May 1607. He left legacies to his daughters Catherine, Elizabeth, and Mary, and to Elizabeth's daughter Cicelye. His son Stephen was left a messuage with a barn and 33 acres of land in Harritesham, plus all of his goods and moveables. His son Samuell was left £30, to be paid by his son Stephen. His son John was left £20, to be paid by Stephen when he reached age 22. In a codicil dated 2 October 1605 he left the remainder of his lands and tenements to his sons Thomas and Isaacke.1

He lived in Harrietsham, co. Kent, England, until sometime after 1617.1 He served as churchwarden there in 1609.1
His will was dated 3 December 1634 in co. Kent, England, and proved on 16 January 1634/35. His wife Ann was left his house in Harisham for her lifetime, after which it was to go to his sons Robert and Edward, who were also left 10s. each. His daughter Ann and her children Thomas, Edward, and Martha each received 10s. His daughter Elizabeth was left £5 10s. The remainder was left to his wife Ann.1

He lived in Harrietsham, co. Kent, England, until sometime after 1628, but his burial record describes him as being of Ulcombe.1 He was churchwarden in Harrietsham in 1611.1 His widow Dorothe was appointed administrator of his estate on 28 September 1636.1

He was a yeoman in Milton, co. Kent, England.1 He was a churchwarden in Milton in 1616 and 1617.1 His will was dated 1 January 1629/30 in co. Kent, England, and proved 27 January 1629/30 by Richard Backe, guardian of his minor son Robert, and again on 6 May 1633 by Robert himself. His wife Elizabeth was left some land leases, livestock, wheat, etc. His daughter Martha Kempe received 10s. His son Robert was left the messuage where his son-in-law Nevell Kempe was then living, plus the rest of his estate. Robert was also to pay £5 to his granddaughter Frances Kempe at age 21. The estate was inventoried at £129 14s. 5d.1
