     Robert Cole was baptized on 2 March 1594/95 in Brent Eleigh, co. Suffolk, England.1 He died of the "King's Evil" (scrofula, a swelling of the lymph glands in the neck).1 He was buried on 4 March 1613/14.1

     Edward Riddlesdale was born about 1592 in Assington, co. Suffolk, England.1 He married Mary (?) about 1619.1 He was buried on 9 February 1630/31 in Assington, co. Suffolk, England.1
     Several sources list Edward Riddlesdale's daughters Mary, Sarah, and Dorcas as daughters of John Wyatt, the second husband of Edward's wife Mary, based on his will which refers to them as his daughters. More recent research shows, however, that they were actually stepdaughters of John Wyatt, his wife Mary's children from her first marriage with Edward Riddlesdale.1
