His will was dated 10 July 1536 and proved on 15 July 1538.3
He and his first wife Margery had the following known children: William (b abt 1495), Simon (b abt 1497, d between 8 November 1549 and 8 December 1549), Joan (b abt 1498), Olive (b abt 1502), John (b abt 1504), Robert (b abt 1506, d between 6 March 1549/50 and 5 April 1551), Agnes (b abt 1508, probably d bef 10 July 1536).2
He and his second wife had the following known children: Margery (b abt 1512), Geoffrey (b abt 1514), Joan the younger (b abt 1516), Agnes the younger (b abt 1518).2
In his first series of articles on the Fiske family, published from October 1932 through July 1934, G. Andrews Moriarty listed this Simon Fiske as the father of Richard Fiske, the initial entry in the Candler Manuscripts, and of a daughter named Jerelon (or Gelyon). However, Moriarty later realized that he had misread Simon's will, and that he in fact did not have a daughter named Jerelon. This, together with additional information found after the first articles were published, led to two more articles, published in April and July 1938, in which he concludes that Richard Fiske's father was probably not Simon Fiske, but Geoffrey Fiske, the son of Geoffrey Fiske whose will was made on 3 May 1504.4

He and his wife Alice and their family came to New England from Kilham, Yorkshire, England, in 1637 on the ship Mary Anne1,4 and settled initially in Salem, Massachusetts.1 After two or three years they moved to Dedham, Suffolk Co. (now Norfolk Co.), Massachusetts,1 then to Wenham, Essex Co., Massachusetts, in 1649.1 On 14 July 1649 ("14th of 5th mo. 1649") he was admitted to the church in Wenham from the one in Dedham.1
The Fiske genealogy says he moved to Chelmsford, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts, with Rev. John Fiske in 1657, but an NEHGR article indicates that although he initially planned to go (and gives the year as 1653), he ended up staying in Wenham.2,1
His will was dated 2 June 1667 ("2d 4 mo 1667"), and proved on 24 September 1667.2

Pierce says Austin Kilham emigrated to New England "with his brother Daniel," but other sources, including the will of Austin's father Henry, indicate that he had no brother named Daniel. The Daniel mentioned by Pierce was probably Austin's son, not brother.
