     Augusta Yagel was born on 10 November 1856 in Wisconsin.^2,3 She married Albert E. Woodin, son of Milton D. Woodin and Anna Melona Lawrence, on 8 August 1876 in Jefferson Co., Wisconsin.¹ She died on 21 October 1894 at age 37.² She was buried at Okeag Cemetery in Dodge Co., Wisconsin.²
     She and her husband Albert were living in Portland, Dodge Co., Wisconsin, in 1880.³ They had the following known children: Grasy (b abt 1877), Cloey (b abt 1879), Durward G. (b 1880, d 1961), Lenna (b November 1883), Hallie (b February 1888), Anne (b January 1890), Adair E. (b September 1892).^3,4,2

     Isaac N. Griffis was born on 20 October 1836 in Butler Co., Ohio.¹ He married Helen J. Woodin, daughter of Milton D. Woodin and Anna Melona Lawrence, on 20 April 1864 in Marshall Co., Kansas.² He died between 1895 and 1900.^3,4
     He moved to Bartholomew Co., Indiana, about 1852¹, then to Wayne Co., Iowa, in 1855.¹ In 1863 he moved to Marshall Co., Kansas.¹
     He and his wife Helen lived in Blue Rapids Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas, probably from at least 1865 to 1880.^5,6,7,8 In 1895 they were living in Balderson, Marshall Co., Kansas.³ Living with them in 1870, in addition to their daughter Marietta, were Helen's daughter Florence McDermott from her first marriage, Helen's sister Chloe Woodin, and Isaac's brother Dewitt Griffis (future husband of both Chloe and Florence). Living with them in 1875 was Horace M. Griffis (age 12, born in Kansas), listed in the state census as a "helper." His relationship to Isaac is unknown.^6,7
     He and Helen had five children: Lydia (b abt April 1865, d abt November 1865), Marietta (b abt 1866), Spencer D. (b June 1871), Albert C. (b December 1873), and Chloe E. (b March 1878).^1,5,6,8,4

     Patrick McDermott married Helen J. Woodin, daughter of Milton D. Woodin and Anna Melona Lawrence, about 1862 (based on Helen's age of 19 at her first marriage).^1,2 He died in 1863.¹

     Florence McDermott was born in March 1863 in Kansas.² She married Dewitt C. Griffis, son of David Griffis and Lydia Parkhurst, on 12 July 1887.³
     She and her husband Dewitt were living in Clear Fork Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas, in 1900. Living with them was Dewitt's widowed sister Alice Decells.² They had the following known children: Benjamin H. (b June 1888), Ira B. (b February 1891), Lena (b March 1894), Mena (b September 1898), Kenneth (b abt 1901).^2,4

     Dewitt C. Griffis was born on 21 September 1845 in Butler Co., Ohio.¹ He married first Chloe Woodin, daughter of Milton D. Woodin and Anna Melona Lawrence, in 1870 in Marshall Co., Kansas.² He married second Florence McDermott, daughter of his first wife's sister Helen J. Woodin and her first husband Patrick McDermott, on 12 July 1887.¹ He died between 1900 and 1910.^3,4
     He moved with his parents to Indiana about 1856¹, then to Wayne Co., Iowa, the next year.¹ In 1863 they moved to Blue Rapids Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas.¹
     In 1870 he was living with his brother Isaac and his wife Helen in Blue Rapids Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas. Also living with them were Helen's sister Chloe Woodin, and Helen's daughter Florence McDermott from her first marriage, both of whom Dewitt would later marry.⁵
     In 1875 he and his first wife Chloe were living in Vermillion Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas.⁶ By 1880 they had moved to Clear Fork Twp., Marshall Co., Kansas. Living with them was Lillie Storman, Dewitt's widowed (or divorced) sister.⁷
     He and his second wife Florence were living in Clear Fork Twp. in 1900. Living with them was Dewitt's widowed sister Alice Decells.³
     He and his first wife Chloe had the following known children: Oscar N. (b December 1872), Sophia (b abt 1878), Clinton (b abt 1883).^7,3,8

     Edna McNutt was born in 1858 in Ohio.^1,2 She was married by David Engle, Minister, to Harry George Lazell, son of Thomas Lazell and Mary (?), on 15 October 1879 in Lakeside, Muskegon Co., Michigan.³ She died on 25 November 1954 in Big Rapids, Mecosta Co., Michigan.² She was buried at Highland View Cemetery in Mecosta Co., Michigan.²
     She and her husband Harry lived in Big Rapids, Mecosta Co., Michigan. In 1880 they were living with Harry's parents. In 1900 they were in their own house, and Edna's widowed mother Lydia was living with them. Harry's widowed father Thomas was living with them in 1910.^4,5,6,7,8 They had three children, with just one living in 1900, but names are known for only two: George (b January 1882), and Mary (b 1885, d 11 January 1891).^5,9

     (?) McNutt (listed as "not named" in the 1860 census) was born about February 1860 (based on her age of 4/12 in the census, enumerated on 18 June) in Ohio.¹ She probably died before 1870, as she is not listed with her parents in the 1870 census.²

     Harry George Lazell was born in 1857 in Grand Haven, Ottawa Co., Michigan.^1,3 He was married by David Engle, Minister, to Edna McNutt, daughter of E. R. McNutt and Lydia Ann Woodin, on 15 October 1879 in Lakeside, Muskegon Co., Michigan.³ He died on 5 November 1932 in Big Rapids, Mecosta Co., Michigan.¹ He was buried at Highland View Cemetery in Mecosta Co., Michigan.¹
     He and his wife Edna lived in Big Rapids, Mecosta Co., Michigan. In 1880 they were living with Harry's parents. In 1900 they were in their own house, and Edna's widowed mother Lydia was living with them. Harry's widowed father Thomas was living with them in 1910.^2,4,5,6,7 He was working as a route agent at the time of his marriage, as a postal clerk in 1900, and as a railroad mail clerk in 1910 and 1920.^3,2,4,5,6

     Minnie M. Austin was born on 4 February 1877 (the 1900 census says January 1878) in Otsego, Allegan Co., Michigan.^2,3,1 She was married by J. A. Barnes, Clergyman, to Perry D. Gile, son of David Gile and Mary Woodin, on 2 January 1893 in Allegan, Allegan Co., Michigan.⁴ She died on 28 September 1967 in Allegan, Allegan Co., Michigan, at age 90.² She was buried on 1 October 1967 in Cheshire Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan.²
     She and her husband Perry are listed in Cheshire Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan, in the census from 1900 to 1930.^3,5,6,7 They had the following known children: David C. (b 8 April 1894, d 27 October 1956), Fred W. (b 5 May 1895), Gilford A. (b 11 August 1898 (the 1900 census says August 1897), d 20 September 1900), Bessie (b abt 1904), Gladwin Perry (b 1906, d 17 June 1924).^{3,5,8,9,10,11,12}

     Katie Warner was born about 1866 in Indiana.¹ She was married by John W. Sharp, Justice, to Perry D. Gile, son of David Gile and Mary Woodin, on 17 August 1883 in Cheshire Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan.¹
     She and Perry had one known child, Amelia (b 16 June 1884, d 10 March 1959).^2,3,4,5

     Grace Smith was born about 1869 in Michigan.¹ She was married by Clark Cragan, Justice of the Peace, to Perry D. Gile, son of David Gile and Mary Woodin, on 24 April 1886 in Kendall, Van Buren Co., Michigan.¹

     Hettie Keller was born on 9 December 1869 (based on her age at death of 18 years, 11 months, 23 days) in Cheshire Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan.^2,1 She was married by John W. Sharp, Justice of the Peace, to Horace P. Gile, son of David Gile and Mary Woodin, on 19 August 1887 in Allegan, Allegan Co., Michigan.¹ She died from cancer on 2 December 1888 in Cheshire Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan, at age 18, just over two months after the birth of her only child, Lillie.²
     She and Horace had one known child, Lillie May (b 22 September 1888).³

     Myron H. Hall was born in 1860 in Ohio.^3,1 He died in 1926.³ He was buried at Plummerville Cemetery in Allegan Co., Michigan.³
     He was living in the household of Frank Smith and his family in Casco Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan, in 1900, listed in the census as "helper" and working as a farm laborer.⁴ In 1910 he was living with his parents in Lee Twp., Allegan Co., and working as a cooper², and in 1920 he was living as a roomer in Flint Twp., Genesee Co., Michigan, still working as a cooper.⁵ He apparently never married.^4,2,5

     David Byron Hall was born on 16 November 1863 in Michigan.³ He married Lydia Catharine Plank, daughter of Christian Plank and Mary Greish, on 10 December 1894 in Harbor Springs, Emmet Co., Michigan.⁴ They apparently divorced sometime before 21 June 1899, as Lydia remarried on that date.⁵ He died on 26 January 1934 in Allegan, Allegan Co., Michigan, at age 70.³ He was buried on 28 January 1934 at Plummerville Cemetery in Allegan Co., Michigan.^1,6
     He is listed twice in the 1880 census, once with his parents in Bangor Twp., Van Buren Co., Michigan, and once as a farm hand with his mother's sister Marinda and her husband Sylvester Swaney in Ganges Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan.^7,8 At the time of his marriage in 1894 he was living in Harbor Springs, Emmet Co., Michigan.⁴
     He probably moved to Akeley Twp., Hubbard Co., Minnesota, about 1897⁹ and lived there until at least 1910. There's a David (or David B.) Hall listed there in the 1900 and 1910 federal censuses, and in the 1905 state census. According to the 1905 state census he had then been living in Minnesota for eight years. In 1910 he was living as a boarder in the household of David Pendleton. In all three censuses his age, birth location, and his parents' birth locations are consistent with the David Hall who was the son of David Hall and Alvira Woodin. However, his birth date in 1900 is listed as April 1862, while his death record lists his birth date as 16 November 1863.^10,9,11,3
     He was living in Lee Twp., Allegan Co., Michigan, in 1920 and 1930, next to (or with) his parents in 1920, and alone in 1930.^12,13
     He was a farmer most of his life, but was working as a laborer in a saw mill in 1910.^{10,9,11,12,13}
     He probably only married once. He is listed as widowed in the 1900 census, single in 1910, married in 1920 (but no wife was listed with him), and widowed in 1930.^10,11,12,13

     Lydia Catharine Plank was born about 1852 in Pennsylvania.² She married first Jacob Lehmer on 26 May 1867 in Lagrange Co., Indiana.^1,2 She married second David Byron Hall, son of David W. Hall and Alvira M. Woodin, on 10 December 1894 in Harbor Springs, Emmet Co., Michigan.² They apparently divorced sometime before 21 June 1899³, when she married third Richard Dryardin in Bagley Twp., Otsego Co., Michigan.³
