After 1925 Leo John Dornan and his wife Frieda lived on Crawford Avenue in Glenn, Allegan Co., Michigan. He bought a house there, tore it down, and rebuilt it on a lot he bought for $50.00. He later remodeled and enlarged the house.5 He worked on farms for many years, and also rented out houses. His entry in the 1920 census for Allegan Co., Michigan, says he worked as a laborer in road construction. He later worked for the Everett Piano Co. in South Haven, Michigan, and retired from there.5,7 He loved hunting and fishing, and usually owned one or two hunting dogs.5
