Showed up personally, Jacob Jankelewicz, a 37 year old (shoe fixer-sapojnik), resident of the town of Petrokov, together with Layzer Rosenblum, a 40 year old [church] secretary (writer), and Mendel Radoshitski, a 78 year old homeowner. They brought to us a newborn of female sex, declaring that she was born in town of Petrokov on 3/15th november 1892 at 6am, from his lawful wife Chaia Guti.... 36 years old. The newborn was given a name of Tsipoira at a religious ceremony. - Polish Passport Application, Polish passport application (Cypojra Jankelewicz), CUPOJRA JANKLEWICZ, was a daughter of JANKIEL JANKLEWICZ.
She was born in PIOTRKÓW in 1892. She was a taylor. She lived on STAROWARSZAWSKA STREET, 16.
In 1923 she applied for the passport. She wanted to emigrate to the USA.
