     Jacob Blickenstaff was born on 15 December 1816 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ He married first Susannah Ulery, daughter of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 2 April 1836 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.¹ He married second Hester Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf Jr. and Elizabeth Wagoner, on 4 November 1877 in Piatt Co., Illinois.¹ He died on 22 September 1904 in Mexico, Miami Co., Indiana, at age 87.¹

     Joseph Blickenstaff was born about 1780 in Morrison's Cove, Bedford Co., Pennsylvania.² He married Barbara Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf and Catharine Cripe, about 1808 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² He died in January 1818.² He reportedly was buried on the Christian Shively farm, but his grave is unmarked.²
     He moved to Montgomery Co., Ohio, about 1805.²

     Hester Wolf was born on 21 September 1818 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.³ She married first David Wagoner, son of John Wagoner and Mary Weybright, on 25 August 1838 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.³ She married second Jacob Blickenstaff, son of Joseph Blickenstaff and Barbara Wolf, on 4 November 1877 in Piatt Co., Illinois.¹ She died on 11 March 1883 in Piatt Co., Illinois, at age 64.³
     She and her husband David moved to Piatt Co., Illinois, about 1864.³

     David Wagoner was born on 5 December 1813 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² He married Hester Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf Jr. and Elizabeth Wagoner, on 25 August 1838 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.² He died on 6 April 1876 in Piatt Co., Illinois, at age 62.² He was buried at East Frantz Cemetery in Unity Twp., Piatt Co., Illinois.²
     He and his wife Hester moved to Piatt Co., Illinois, about 1864.²

     Samuel Wagoner was born on 6 November 1808 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ He married first Catherine Ulery, daughter of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 9 September 1834 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.¹ He married second Catherine Metzger in 1836.¹ He died on 1 October 1869 in St. Clair Co., Missouri, at age 60.¹ He was buried at South Dunkard Cemetery, just south of Osceola in St. Clair Co., Missouri.¹
     He and his second wife Catherine moved to St. Clair Co., Missouri, sometime between 1861 and 1868.¹ He and his first wife Catherine had one daughter, Hannah (b 11 August 1835, d 9 March 1877), in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.¹ He and his second wife Catherine had the following known children: Mary, Susanna, Andrew, Barbara, Samuel A., John J.¹

     Catherine Metzger married Samuel Wagoner, son of John Wagoner and Esther Cripe, in 1836.¹
     She and her husband Samuel moved to St. Clair Co., Missouri, between 1861 and 1868.¹ They had the following known children: Mary, Susanna, Andrew, Barbara, Samuel A., John J.¹

     Esther Musselman was born on 8 December 1817 in Shenandoah Co., Virginia.¹ She married Aaron Ulery, son of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 15 March 1836 in Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.¹ She died on 11 March 1870 in St. Clair Co., Missouri, at age 52.¹ She was buried at South Dunkard Cemetery in St. Clair Co., Missouri.¹
     She and her husband Aaron moved to St. Clair Co., Missouri, in 1867.¹

     Esther Wagoner married first George Washington Musselman, son of Daniel Musselman and Anna (?) (?).¹ She married second Aaron Ulery, son of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 7 July 1870 in St. Clair Co., Missouri.¹ She died on 12 April 1915 in Piatt Co., Illinois.¹ She was buried at Pyrmont Cemetery in Carroll Co., Indiana.¹
     She and her second husband Aaron moved to Indiana in 1881.¹

     Jacob Waggoner was born on 14 April 1820 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ He married first Barbara Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf Jr. and Elizabeth Wagoner, on 18 July 1841 in Clinton Co., Indiana.¹ He married second Hannah Ulery, daughter of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 12 June 1866 in Clinton Co., Indiana.² He married third Hannah Shively, daughter of Christian Shively and Catharine Blickenstaff, on 10 January 1872 in Piatt Co., Illinois.¹ He died on 4 October 1887 at age 67.¹ He was buried in LaPlace, Piatt Co., Illinois.¹

     Elizabeth Cripe was born on 16 November 1829 in Indiana.¹ She married Isaac Ulery, son of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 23 August 1846 in Clinton Co., Indiana.¹ She died of heart failure and liver disease on 13 August 1901 in Clinton Co., Indiana, at age 71.¹ She was buried at Pyrmont Cemetery in Carroll Co., Indiana.¹
     She and Isaac had the following known children: Susan (b 15 June 1847, d 19 May 1875), David (b 5 October 1849, d 7 September 1851), Elias (b aft 1854), William (b abt 1858).²

     Barbara Wagoner was born on 9 May 1829 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ She married Jacob D. Ulrey, son of David Ulrich and Susannah Wolf, on 17 July 1849 in Carroll Co., Indiana.¹ She died on 3 December 1903 at age 74.¹ She was buried at a cemetery near the Romine Church, southeast of Salem, Marion Co., Illinois.¹
     She and her family moved to Marion Co., Illinois, in 1870.¹ She and Jacob had the following known children, all born in Clinton Co., Indiana: Leonard D. (b 31 January 1851, d 8 January 1901), Catherine (b 25 November 1852, d 31 March 1919), Maryan (b 27 March 1855, d 6 October 1858), Susannah (b 29 September 1857, d 1 December 1932), Elizaany (b 8 January 1860, d 2 October 1860), Lavinia (b 12 October 1861, d 24 March 1927), Albert Noah (b 2 July 1864, d 6 January 1932), Ruben Harwick (b 22 March 1867, d 2 July 1915), Hanna Retie (b 10 December 1869, d 27 September 1948).²

     John Shively was born on 25 May 1775 in Pennsylvania.¹ He married first Esther Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf and Catharine Cripe, on 26 August 1804 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ He married second Catharine Cripe on 17 October 1822 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ He died on 25 March 1848 in Carroll Co., Indiana, at age 72.¹ He was buried at Musselman Cemetery in Carroll Co., Indiana.²
     He was farmer and a Brethren minister.¹ He and his second wife Catharine moved to Carroll Co., Indiana, where other family members had also settled.¹

     Catharine Wolf was born on 27 September 1786 in Huntingdon Co., Pennsylvania.¹ She married John Ulery, son of David Ulrich and Barbara (?), about 1807 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.¹ She died on 18 September 1872 in Clinton Co., Indiana, at age 85.¹ She was buried at Pleasant View Cemetery in Clinton Co., Indiana.¹
     She apparently never remarried after her husband's early death in 1822. She is listed in the 1820 census as Catharine Ulrich in Madison Twp., Montgomery Co., Ohio (with one male 10-15, four females under 10, one female 10-15, and one female 26-44); in 1830 as Catherine Ulrey in Madison Twp. (next to John Metzager (her son-in-law?), with one male under 5, one male 15-19, one male 20-29, one male 30-39, one female under 5, and 1 female 20-29); in 1840 as Catharine Ulery in Clinton Co., Indiana (next to Stephen Metzger (her son-in-law?), with one female 15-19, and one female 50-59); in 1850 as Catharine Ulery, age 65, in Perry Twp., Tippecanoe Co., Indiana (next to her daughter Catharine's family); in 1860 as Catharin Ulery, age 73, in Clay Twp., Carroll Co., Indiana (next to her daughters Susan and Esther and their families); and in 1870 as Catharine Ulery, age 83, in Ross Twp., Clinton Co., Indiana (in the household of her daughter and son-in-law Mary and Stephen Metzger).^2,3,4,5,6,7

     John Ulery was born about 1784 in Maryland.² He married Catharine Wolf, daughter of Leonard Wolf and Catharine Cripe, about 1807 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² He died in 1818 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.²
     His surname also has been spelled as "Ulrich."²

     Jacob Shively was born on 12 July 1805 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² He married Susannah Metzger, daughter of Andrew Metzger and Mary Ulrich, in March 1828 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² He died of lung fever on 2 November 1872 in Clinton Co., Indiana, at age 67.² He was buried at Pleasant View Cemetery in Clinton Co., Indiana.²
     They also raised their nephew Daniel P. Cripe, the son of Susannah's sister Anna and her husband Jacob Cripe, when Anna died shortly after giving birth.²

     Catharine Shively was born in 1806 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² She married John E. Cripe, son of John Cripe and Catharine Ulrey, on 18 March 1825 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.² She died on 4 December 1879 in Miami Co., Indiana.² She was buried at the Metzger Cemetery.²
     She and her husband John moved to Miami Co., Indiana, sometime between 1852 and 1856.² They had the following known children, all born in Montgomery Co., Ohio: Elias (b 24 November 1825, d 19 October 1871), John (d at age 2), David (b 19 February 1831, d 1 November 1906), Esther (b 1833. d 11 March 1905), Catharine (b 1835, d 1882), Mary (b 2 July 1838, d 22 December 1915), Hannah (b 1840, d 1863), Stephen C. (b 5 March 1849, d 2 August 1924).³
